Read the community guidelinesThe environment is bright and open, and it’s close to Taipei 101/世貿 MRT Station, so transportation is quite convenient. Everyone I saw when I entered the company was fairly young, with women making up the majority. Overtime pay can be claimed by the minute, and the benefits sound quite extensive.
There is a test before the interview, and Excel skills are required. The office is inside the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall, where there are many people. The job may require overtime.
After three months, you can visit exhibitions at the Taipei World Trade Center for free. You can see Taipei 101 every day on your way to work (before entering the World Trade Center).
You only avoid overtime during the first three months (the probationary period). After that, you work overtime almost every day. HR will say that this is overtime required by the nature of the job and encourage you to take your computer home and continue working overtime. It is basically an overtime-work nightmare. Also, the position advertised in the interview as some kind of “specialist” is actually a customer service position; they package the titles to sound much nicer. Since it is customer service, most people are very busy and do not have time to teach you much.
The company has no windows facing outside at all, so it feels very closed off. Sometimes, when you want to relax and look at the outside world, you feel like a bird in a cage.

Five minutes before the interview, they called to say they were outside and wanted to postpone the interview, even though they knew an interview had already been scheduled but still arranged outside work.........
After arriving at the company at the rescheduled time, the interviewer still had not returned.
After filling out the company's standard application form, I had to wait nearly another 30 minutes before the interview.
The key point is! The person who interviewed me was not the department manager, but merely an employee of the company. This left me completely dumbfounded.
In short, the entire process was a complete mess........
