Read the community guidelinesThe company atmosphere is good
Management’s opinions are not unified
They offer you benefits but then don’t let you use them
Some people sabotage others professionally
It doesn’t make you work overtime.
Because it is a company that transports artworks and high-value goods, you can indirectly learn about upcoming art exhibitions or gain knowledge related to the storage of artworks.
The company’s operations are inefficient, and communication and coordination between departments are chaotic. Neither horizontal nor vertical communication can be synchronized or consistent. There are no established procedures; everything is done through improvised methods, with each person working according to their own habits. Work is distributed unevenly: some employees have workloads so heavy that they break down, while others appear quite idle.
The colleagues are generally nice, but some are rather indifferent. The colleagues I worked with tended to be impatient. When assigning tasks, they often acted as though you were supposed to understand everything implicitly, without providing sufficiently detailed explanations.
The stationery and equipment needed for office work were not prepared in advance either. You have to keep requesting them from General Affairs. Whether this reflects strict control or simply stinginess, I can’t really say~
In addition, the company limits the working hours of part-time employees. Even if you want to work overtime out of a sense of responsibility to finish your tasks, you are not allowed to. (This was not emphasized during the interview.) Starting work 10–20 minutes early is not counted as working time either.
After giving it serious thought, this really isn’t a company worth staying at for long.

The processes are so local,
and you still dare to imitate others by running a warehouse.
The work atmosphere is ridiculously laughable—what the hell are those old-timers acting so arrogant about?
Especially that warehouse guy—who knows what the hell his face is sour about.
They don't pay overtime, either.
A company crammed full of a bunch of useless trash.
HR curses at people without even having the sense to take it somewhere else.
Why the hell are you putting on such an atmosphere? Fuck.

A bunch of bullshit tests.
