The hardware and equipment are outdated. I was extremely surprised that there are still many operations here that have not gone paperless. It is very different from my impression of the tech industry and companies in the Neihu Technology Park—older-fashioned than traditional industries. From what I observed, many of these are problems that have accumulated over time, and overall, things are very chaotic. There is only a fine line between being straightforward and having no filter; there are quite a few people who speak unpleasantly and lack manners. It is an unappealing work environment. The benefits are very ordinary— even more so than in traditional industries—and you also have to gauge people's reactions when asking for leave.

At the very beginning of the interview, the manager kept asking why I wanted to work in this industry. Even after I answered, they did not believe me and kept repeatedly asking why I wanted to work in this industry and why they should hire me. Honestly, after encountering this situation, I no longer wanted to continue the interview. I simply told them the interview was over, turned around, and left. It was a complete waste of time!
