Read the community guidelinesOvertime pay is provided.
There is a small allowance for shift changes.
Coffee and snacks are available for self-service.
There is a subsidy for 13 lunches. For the company’s group-ordered boxed lunches, you only need to pay 500; the company covers the rest.
You have to sign a two-year contract, and they won’t tell you during the interview. You only find out when you see the contract on your first day. If you object, the company will only say that it is just a formality and they won’t really enforce it, while using all kinds of persuasion to get you to sign. (There is no signing bonus, nor are you sent to specialized institutions or overseas for training, etc.)
But when you want to resign, they will bring out the contract and use every argument to demand compensation, urging you not to give up the job. I have heard that they have sent formal legal notices.
You have to work overtime on holidays, including long weekends, and you are always notified at very short notice. After you rearrange your plans, they may then tell you that you no longer need to work overtime. Sometimes shifts need to be changed: you finish at 10 p.m. (often after working overtime) and continue working at 9 a.m. the next morning.
You can only take a taxi and claim reimbursement if you work overtime until 11 p.m., and only half the fare is subsidized. (When I took a taxi home after working overtime, costing 1,000, the company only reimbursed me 500.) If you start work at 9 a.m. and work overtime until 10 p.m., you still cannot claim a taxi fare. The company will say that it has already given you overtime pay or a shift-change allowance, and that this is a benefit.
There is a major turnover every two or three years.

The benefits package says there are employee health checkups, but there is no such thing at all
