The store, warehouse, and packaging staff are very nice; they are the only advantage of this company.
The marketing department manager has an extremely bad personality and speaks in a sarcastic, cutting tone. Basically, they cannot do anything. The only things they can do are browse online shopping sites during work, sleep during work, spend the entire day talking on the phone during work, insult people from other departments during work, and curry favor with the company manager, forcing out a senior, capable manager with 8–9 years of experience. Anything involving the marketing department is frightening. I sincerely recommend not coming here—you will definitely regret it if you do. To prevent everyone from suffering as I did, I am leaving this message to warn the public!
The store and warehouse staff are all pretty nice.
The marketing supervisor has a lot of power and is close with the manager. Recently, the store supervisor left, and the entire Taichung store has effectively become the marketing supervisor’s domain. During work, they often talk on the phone with the manager for several hours. Sometimes, people who oppose the marketing supervisor are suddenly demoted or leave the company. Human resources is also managed by the marketing supervisor, who mainly recruits attractive young women from the post-1980s generation. The marketing supervisor has no background in marketing or design, so working under them means learning very little and lacking direction every day. If you are considering joining as a marketing designer, think carefully; if you want to learn professional skills, look elsewhere.
Most of the store and warehouse staff are lively and helpful.
The accounting staff have a very poor attitude, the graphic designer's salary is relatively low, there is no lunch allowance, and the e-commerce department supervisor makes people uncomfortable when speaking.
