Free lunch. It is rare to find an employer who is willing to treat employees kindly. The boss is very friendly and gives you a sheet listing your working hours and benefits during the interview. The policies are well established, and menstrual leave, maternity leave, and parental leave are all available. Thank you to the boss for being willing to treat employees kindly.
