Although I described the drawbacks that way, I was still fairly happy doing the work. I don’t know about other communities; I only know the one where I worked.

The work itself is good, the work location is good, and I think the salary is acceptable. It’s just that some of the supervisors are not good.

There is no standardized staff training. Each supervisor teaches the junior administrators their own methods.

Also, when an administrator receives a complaint from a resident, they are not informed. It is only when the resident threatens to replace the company that the administrator is transferred. Put nicely, it is a transfer; put bluntly, they are telling the administrator to get lost.
