You can only look on the bright side, and the conversation was like talking with a mother.

The person who seemed to be the boss’s wife appeared distracted and did not seem to be listening very attentively. However, when asking about personal matters, she became more energetic and kept probing into the details of my private life. I personally found this somewhat offensive. I also felt that, even though the office had air conditioning, the interviewee was left waiting outside, and no glass of water was offered during the interview. These things made me feel very discouraged and disappointed, and gave me the impression that the interviewee was not treated with much respect.
