Regarding the work, you may have to figure things out on your own (work independently), with no one to teach you.
NT$10 is deducted for being one minute late (I looked it up online, and it seems to be illegal?!)
During the three-month probationary period: NT$22,000 (base salary) + NT$2,000 (perfect-attendance bonus)
Afterward, an increase of NT$1,000 or more depending on performance.
