As others have said, this small company has a high employee turnover rate, and of course the quality of its employees varies greatly. I worked there for about six months as a production-line operator. The owner doesn't manage the company and couldn't even remember the names of employees who had worked there for six months or even two or three years. There were only a little over ten employees... As for the salary, it's just minimum wage. Some senior employees have poor attitudes and can mix personal matters with work matters. This is because there is no management system, and the former owner also likes to interfere in company affairs, so you don't know whose instructions to follow. They also form cliques.

The boss is used to this way of doing things, and employee turnover is very high. Only go if you can handle it.
The job advertisement says, “Welcome to call us for inquiries.”
It looks very harmonious.
It took 3 days and 4 phone calls to finally get in touch with someone.
They said, “We’ll notify you once we’ve made a decision.”
So, may I ask, is the contact person’s phone number listed for decoration?
