Read the community guidelinesThe employees in the management office are very friendly to newcomers. The aunties are very nice. Although some of them may look more serious, you can still feel that they care about you. The uncles and aunties in the management office downstairs are also very nice~
I accidentally overheard a floor manager badmouthing me behind my back. Although I know it was probably just casual conversation, it was still uncomfortable to hear it firsthand... When there is a problem, they don’t address it with me directly; instead, they go to their superiors to report on me, so I was called in for reprimands several times and received inexplicable “special attention.” (I was a newcomer at the time and had no senior colleague to teach me, so I had absolutely no idea how they usually worked together.)
When working here, be aware that there are far too many supervisors, managers, and assistant managers to remember... If your memory isn’t very good, be mentally prepared. After all, it’s an entire building.
P.S. To mention another disgusting thing that manager who badmouthed me did: they asked an employee to come over and monitor my work progress, and even asked things like, “Do you want me to teach you?” In short, because of the lack of communication between floors, it made for a very poor work experience.
