Read the community guidelinesThe company environment is pretty good.
The position I interviewed for was in sales. The starting salary is NT$35,000, with a NT$3,000 fuel allowance. You have to use a scooter to cover all of Northern Taiwan’s Taipei–New Taipei–Keelung area (this is really tough).
The pay is not high. The performance targets become harder and harder to achieve the longer you work there. It was implied that if you eventually fail to meet the company’s standards, you won’t be able to receive bonuses.
(Does this mean that the longer you work there, the more likely it is that you’ll still only receive the base salary?)
Position applied for: E-commerce staff
The interview process is very fast. Unlike other companies, they do not ask you a bunch of standard questions. They only care whether you are interested in this industry or field, and they get straight to the point.
Although they do not ask you to introduce yourself during the interview, they will ask some questions, such as:
1. Do you understand our company? Do you know what we do?
2. What did you do at your previous company?
3. What salary are you expecting?
Those are more or less the three questions! However, they may also ask other questions based on your work experience.
Afterward, they will give you a general description of the company's future direction and the type of talent they are looking for.
The owner wants you to be genuinely interested in the company before joining. They will also ask you to first learn about the e-commerce listing process in Japan. If you discover during the process that you are not interested, you do not need to continue. If you find it interesting, tell their HR department that you would like to attend a second interview.
None for now
