From the moment I arrived for the interview until it ended, they talked exclusively about my salary expectations and what I was asking for. They didn't even mention my work experience or skills, and kept telling me that if a company was willing to offer me that kind of salary, I should really go work there. A company that can determine how much salary to offer without even looking at an interviewee's experience or skills—if all you can offer is a banana, go find a monkey to work for you.

No salary statements!!! No overtime pay!!! No toilet paper!!!
There is an unwritten rule that you have to arrive early to clean up.
If you arrive on time instead of being early, you will still be criticized.
If you leave work early, you have to make up the hours?
Then why aren't the hours spent arriving early to clean up counted as paid work?
Moreover, when the owner's own family members arrive late, they don't have to clean up either. Clearly, that's unfair.
There isn't even any toilet paper for visiting clients who use the restroom. I really don't know what to say on behalf of the guests.
All colleagues who are not the boss’s family members are easy to get along with.
The boss and their family of four all work at the same company.
No future, no benefits; employees even have to provide their own toilet paper.
No overtime pay; leaving work on time makes you seem like an outlier.
No clocking in or out, no pay slips, and no meals provided.
There is nothing at all; capable employees are only overworked.
The pay is very low, and there is a lot of work.
