The supervisor personally sent the invitation letter, and during the interview kept belittling the interviewee’s school. They really judge people by appearances and kept going on and on about how good their company benefits were, yet they did not even provide basic accommodation or anything. I really don’t know what was supposed to be good about them. Moreover, the interviewee’s seniors who went into the tech industry started at salaries of 50–60K per month, with annual salaries all exceeding one million. Even those who went into traditional industries easily earn NT$700,000–800,000 annually, and there are plenty who make over one million (Nan Ya, YFY, Uni-President, Evergreen, as well as traders and companies in niche industries that are hidden champions). They also work regular hours. The money this company offers is not even half of what others pay. I really don’t know what the arrogant, trashy supervisors at Hongrui are so proud of. The pay is not higher than others’, the quality of life is no better than others’, yet they act as if they are superior.
It looks like they were probably treated terribly in the tech industry before and, having been misled by social values, want to belittle others to boost their own sense of worth. What a trashy company.
