Pros
Normal weekday work schedule, with Saturdays and Sundays off. Overtime is mandatory on the third Saturday of every month. After passing the probationary period, you still have to sign a three-year contract. Think carefully before joining!
Cons
A company that exploits its employees and only plays salary-related number games with them. The workload is disproportionate to the pay. This company has been involved in three labor disputes, all of which can be found in the Labor Department's records!
