The upper management—and essentially the company as a whole—has management problems. When there is new work, they first push it onto the new employee who is least likely to speak up. Relatives at the company also throw their weight around and can cause endless trouble behind the scenes. The people who are forced out are always the new employees, and then they blame the newcomers for not staying. The poor computers provided for work frequently crash, resulting in low efficiency. Even the company’s main computer system is still running XP. When equipment breaks down, they simply ask employees to keep using it, showing that they do not treat employees as valuable assets at all.
