1. Sometimes work may run 5–30 minutes overtime, without overtime pay. If you care about keeping strict hours, it is recommended that you do not go.
2. Salary payments may be delayed when things are busy.
3. Pay calculations should be checked carefully, as mistakes are frequent.
4. Whether people are easy to get along with is a matter of personal opinion. I heard that someone has quite a serious bad temper upon waking up. You can get a good feel for the overall atmosphere of the company.
