The company is full of low-educated 8+9 types.
Certain employees, in order to consolidate their own positions,
will suppress people from relevant fields.
They often go on about being non-majors and mock others, saying that studying is useless.
They themselves are overdrawn every month and still have to borrow money from the boss.
Their standards are downright poor—utterly embarrassing.
“Ability is more important?” I’d really like to know what your company’s so-called ability is when someone, after working for half a year, still can’t use a multimeter, doesn’t know how to modify an added outlet, and can’t recognize an abnormal reading of over 1,000 on the high-voltage-side ammeter.
Is it about employees sucking up to the boss,
or cutting grass?
