Regardless of the position or monthly salary, overtime pay is calculated at 2× the base salary. The boss is very good at making grand promises, demanding performance improvements in exchange for raises, but in reality, it depends on the personal moods of the boss and the boss’s wife. They may agree to something today and completely change their minds the next day without acknowledging it. Working overtime on holidays comes with no overtime pay; you can only exchange it for compensatory leave, and you cannot arrange the leave yourself. During peak seasons, you are constantly emotionally pressured and forced to work overtime.
