Read the community guidelinesI really can’t think of anything. If I had to say something, it was an interview process that made you feel very happy (but only up until before starting the job), and the interview was very relaxed, more like chatting.
Let’s start with before the interview. The boss was extremely casual. The agreed interview time was changed again and again—both the time and the location. The most outrageous instance was when the interview was scheduled for 5:30 p.m., but at 3:00 he notified me that the evening interview was canceled. He kept asking me to accommodate his time and location. ^_^ I was completely dumbfounded.
Then, from the very beginning of the interview, the other party started praising me excessively, even saying things like, “I hope you can come to work as soon as possible; once you’ve made up your mind, you can start right away.”
During the interview, they asked me about my ideal salary. I conservatively gave them a figure, and they said, “That’s absolutely no problem.” I thought, “Could it really go this smoothly...?”
Then, after the interview, before I had even replied the next day about whether I was willing to take the job, they kept texting me to ask whether I was interested. They said that even if I wasn’t sure, I could first come to the company to look around; if I liked it, I could start work immediately. The bonus was negotiable, and the salary was negotiable. That same day, I replied to their questions and raised issues about working hours, some work-related matters, and things to note. The other party said they would confirm with the supervisor and get back to me.
Three or four days later, they replied with answers that did not fully address the questions. So I had to ask again about the unresolved issues, and then the other party took almost another week to respond. I replied that there was no problem and that I was willing to start work. When I asked to confirm when I should report for duty, they simply disappeared...
A week passed after they disappeared, and they replied, “Sorry, we no longer need to fill the position.” They blamed the boss, saying that the boss never came to the company and that the employees could not make the decision. Then they disappeared completely and could no longer be contacted. What an incredibly cool roller-coaster experience. ^_^
