The boss is highly controlling!
No overtime required, two days off per week
Every week during the sales meeting, they gossip to the sales staff about employees who do not need to attend the meeting. After the meeting, they take all the sales staff out to eat, while the other employees get nothing.
If there are no orders, they don't want to pay the factory, and keep dragging it out.
They are extremely calculating and always look for opportunities to deduct money from you.
