Summary: It is a company where everything is good except the salary.
1. The interviewing supervisor discussed everything except the salary. They avoided the topic whenever possible and only told me the salary after I asked repeatedly. The salary is relatively low—quite a bit lower than that offered by other companies in the same industry.
2. Before the salary had even been agreed upon, they said that I would have to sign a two-year employment agreement upon reporting for work. This agreement is merely a piece of paper with no legal effect. Doesn’t that sound very unreasonable?
Summary: This company gives job seekers a high rating on everything at first, but when it comes to salary and benefits, it avoids answering and provides no guarantees whatsoever. This point deserves not only a score of zero but also leaves job seekers extremely disappointed.
