A very bad interview experience

The interviewer spoke in a snide tone. Offering a salary of 28k for a mechanical design engineer is at the low end. Please don't portray a 28k salary as especially generous, or disparage other industries as worthless, because your salary is far lower than those in the industries you look down on. Many drafting positions in traditional industries exceed this salary...
1. When there are no projects, it really is relatively free.
1. The turnover rate is extremely high
2. The boss really likes talking to people about personal matters
3. Once your salary is agreed upon, it will not change no matter how hard you work, and there is no year-end bonus
