Pros

As soon as I arrived at the company, I was taken to the meeting room for the interview. I don't know what the advantages are.

Cons

There were two rounds of interviews. The first was with the general manager, and the second was with the owner's wife.

The general manager was very gentle and carefully explained the job responsibilities and the company's general situation. In contrast, the owner's wife was very disrespectful toward job seekers.

When it was time for the owner's wife to interview me, she walked into the meeting room holding my résumé and immediately said to me: “You haven't even turned 30 and you've already changed jobs so many times. Is it because you have a bad personality?” Then she started scrolling on her phone and showed no respect at all for me as a job seeker. After looking at my résumé, she began making sweeping generalizations.

When she saw that I had written down my reasons for leaving previous jobs, she said: “You have a lot of problems. No wonder you change employers every year. If you worked for our company, we wouldn't want to hire someone like you either. Maybe if you got upset, you'd go around telling everyone how bad our company is. And what makes you think you can ask us for a salary of 42,000 to do an in-house sales position? Looking at your past experience, you've never worked in sales.” (My previous job was in sales, but she clearly hadn't read my résumé.) “What makes you think you deserve that much?”

I told her: “The general manager said that if there were an opportunity in the future, I could develop toward a business development role.” She then said: “We don't need that. We don't need business development. Based on your previous experience, we can only offer you 35,000, and the maximum after the probationary period would be 38,000.”

I wouldn't even come to interview at a company with this kind of attitude. Even if they offered me 100,000 a month, I still wouldn't want to work there. They are so disrespectful toward job seekers and look down on people so much. Anyone invited to interview here should think twice!!!
