I received the interview notice yesterday and went for the interview today, but I didn't even meet the store manager—someone at the front desk interviewed me. Your company is truly outrageous. New hires have to undergo three days of training; if they don't pass, they aren't paid, and if they do pass, they only receive 900 for the three days. Working on national holidays comes with neither compensatory leave nor overtime pay. You also have to apply for a certificate of good conduct and obtain a consent form from a currently employed guarantor. Then they said employees often work 12-hour shifts, but overtime pay is only 105. Other than the issue of national holidays, almost everything violates the Labor Standards Act. ...Am I applying for a security guard position?!
