The personal information requirements during the interview are overly intrusive: height, weight, blood type, and zodiac sign are all mandatory, and those who do not know their blood type may even be ridiculed.
The salary listed on the job bank includes meal allowances, effectively amounting to the minimum wage, and does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. Employees who become pregnant within their first year of employment are not granted maternity leave or similar types of leave.
