1. The boss and the boss's wife seem to have bipolar disorder and verbally abuse the front-desk staff harshly. They will say any unpleasant or cutting words that come to mind, treating employees as disposable chopsticks. The turnover rate is extremely high.

2. They need obedient sheep—employees who must have absolutely no opinions of their own. Even if you are berated for no reason, you are not allowed to explain yourself!

3. They seem to think employees are thieves. A colleague discovered that a recording device had been placed at their workstation to secretly record conversations.

Impressive environment

Before the interview, you are required to handwrite very detailed background information (3 A4 pages). On the day of the interview, you must first take a 20-minute intelligence test and aptitude test.

Then, after the formal interview had begun, the interviewer said that someone had already been hired for the position and asked the candidate to transfer to another position.

Throughout the interview, the interviewer repeatedly criticized the job seeker’s age, educational background, and experience, using an impolite tone. Never in my life have I experienced such humiliation.

I advise applicants to think carefully and cherish their valuable time.

The boss showed considerable disrespect for professional expertise. This position requires reviewing a portfolio, yet the company did not provide a computer and believed that interviewees should bring their own laptops.

They only know how to push salaries down; the offer was even lower than those from the companies I had previously worked for.

In addition to web and graphic design, the job requires doing everything else, such as SEO and managing various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

If you need to use a computer during the interview, it's recommended that you bring your own laptop, because the interviewer's attitude is that you must provide your own.
