Pros

None

Cons

The company has a very wide variety of components, so those looking to gain experience can apply for R&D positions.

This is a shipment-oriented company, so quality assurance has extremely low status.

The production department can order the quality assurance department around; please think carefully before submitting your résumé.

The production schedule is not very okay; they often require overtime the day after placing employees on unpaid leave.

The system is outdated and does not consider efficiency, believing only that people who frequently work overtime are actually doing their jobs.

Pros

1. Convenient parking

2. A company that makes electric vehicles. In addition to mobility scooters for seniors, it also makes electric transport vehicles used in produce markets to move fruits, vegetables, and other goods.

Cons

1. During the interview, I sat in the company’s lobby at the entrance to fill out forms and have the interview. I could see people coming and going and hear conversations among the company’s employees. It was very noisy, and the entire company could hear the interview content and related details. This felt disrespectful of privacy: more private matters such as the content of the interview and salary were audible to everyone in the office, and company information could easily be overheard by others.

2. Operators earn around NT$25,000, while those with experience earn approximately NT$27,000. After the probationary period, the absolute maximum is barely NT$30,000. Engineers earn at most NT$33,000–34,000. All of the above figures include a NT$2,400 meal allowance.

3. For the three major holidays, there are only gift vouchers. The year-end bonus is no longer one month’s salary. Unless the company makes more money, shareholders might possibly give a little more??? (Not counting on it.)

4. It is a very old-fashioned company, and it is difficult to earn more money. Salaries in the Niupu and Xiangshan area are generally very low.
