The colleagues get along very well. Every colleague, whether a supervisor or one of the factory workers, is very easy to get along with. The atmosphere among colleagues is harmonious, and they often chat, joke around, or share snacks. Sometimes they also arrange meals or gatherings. The leave system follows the Labor Standards Act, and employees can request salary statements (though they are not provided proactively). The labor and health insurance premiums calculated based on the base salary are also reasonable; the company does not use excessive allowances to reduce the amounts subject to labor and health insurance. Most importantly, the boss is usually not in Taichung and primarily works from the Taipei office, so the work atmosphere is not too tense.

As a small company with few employees, there are not many benefits and no year-end bonus. There are gift money or gift boxes for the three major traditional festivals, but only red envelopes are given (the company says every year that it did not make much money). The amount of the red envelope depends on seniority, but the year-end red-envelope bonus seems to have been decreasing year by year. The boss is very stingy (supervisors usually pay for team meals, while the boss rarely treats employees or provides subsidies). The company's festival activities have been declining year by year (such as Mid-Autumn barbecue gatherings and spring banquets). Both office staff and field staff have to perform some physically demanding work.
