A family-owned business. The boss has a very strange mindset, and almost all internal staff are family members or employees promoted directly from store positions. Compared with other industries, the work style is very different. Internally, you have to work at the ABC MART counter and be responsible for sales performance. Unless you really love selling shoes, I don't recommend working for this company.

It seems like you had already found someone. It was somewhat disrespectful to the job candidate. The small talk was very obvious, and you asked some irrelevant questions, wasting the time of all three interviewers as well as the candidate’s time. Please improve. Thank you!
