Pros

Never worked there—just passing by and wanted to share my opinion, so others can know the extent to which this company wants to whitewash its image.

Cons

The company managers or boss come on here themselves to whitewash the company.

A bunch of the reviews are obviously all written by the same person.

They even all use the same tone.

Do you think we young people are all idiots who can't see through it? LOL.

Pros

Close to the MRT station

Pleasant work atmosphere

Supervisors are very patient when answering questions

Tea or coffee is available every day for you to choose from, and you can go to the snack cabinet for a treat in the afternoon when you’re feeling peckish—it’s a very people-oriented company

The company offers excellent benefits (in addition to all the standard benefits, the most special thing is that public holidays are not compensated with an additional day off)

Cons

Relatively high pressure

More challenging

Pros

1. Very close to the MRT

(I really can't think of any pros...)

Cons

1. No overtime pay; it is entirely a system of complete responsibility, and employees are expected to treat the work as their own business.

2. A family business run by two married couples; everyone is related. Every day, you have to listen to the couples argue. The supervisors, boss, and boss's wife disagree with one another, and there is no consistent standard.

3. They try every possible way to force you to resign. Even when they want you to leave, they do not pay severance, and every departing employee is pressured to sign a voluntary resignation letter.

4. The salary does not match what was discussed in the interview; the discrepancy is substantial. They deceive you into joining first and worry about the rest later.

5. When it comes to the work, they only tell you to figure things out yourself. After you ask for their opinions and follow their instructions, they then say what you did is wrong. They constantly say one thing and do another, and the supervisor is also unwilling to take responsibility.

※You can ask the security guard downstairs about this company's turnover rate.
