Read the community guidelinesDuring the interview, the company’s interview form must be filled out on-site, but it is still recommended that you bring your own résumé and briefly introduce yourself and your previous work experience. The managers are quite friendly, and most colleagues are easy to get along with. The job is stable, and salary adjustments are made based on work ability and attitude (those who work diligently receive raises, while those with a merely adequate attitude generally do not receive much of a raise).
There are relatively few opportunities for promotion and limited job titles.
The interview was conducted by the manager, who was quite kind and seemed like an approachable supervisor. They asked about relevant work I had done before, similar experiences, situations I had encountered in accounting, and how I handled them at the time. The work environment is quite good, and the colleagues are also easy to get along with. They occasionally organize group purchases, and the atmosphere at work is harmonious.
