Pros
I asked the boss whether I could pursue further education abroad in the future, and the boss replied that it would be possible; once you reach a certain level, the company will also send you. As it turned out, quite a few people internally had indeed received company-funded, paid training.
Cons
It is a fermentation plant, so someone needs to stay on duty whenever there are scheduled production orders. However, the benefits and policies are good, and the company follows the regulations closely.
