Pros

Spending the days happily singing, dancing, joking around, and slacking off (but it’s been a long time since we were last paid).

Cons

Let me start with the conclusion: I strongly advise against this company, especially for technical staff.

For anyone considering working here: please think, think again, and think three times!!

If you want the details, read on...

Despite calling itself an information technology company, it spends all day trying to sell things to mainland China. Its main business is currently trading, and it has a terrible shopping website.

The vice president of sales has no idea how to sell anything and has never independently sold even a single product in all these years; he only wants to do B2C. He cannot break into the mainland Chinese market and is unwilling to expand in Taiwan either.

They are afraid to market the company when selling products, acting secretive and seemingly unsure why they are afraid to show their faces.

Good marketing proposals from subordinate employees are guaranteed to be shot down, as if they are afraid of being replaced by the people below them.

Events ultimately become a matter of helping others prepare their dowry, completely failing to keep customers focused on the company’s own products.

An item that costs 200 could clearly be sold for 899, but the “sales” vice president stubbornly dares to sell it only for 200—can you believe it?

The vice president’s trusted associates have been exploiting company resources for their own benefit for years, and there is no power to stop them.

The company has been continuously losing money and burning through its savings. It has now gone several months without paying salaries, since before the Lunar New Year.

The IT staff are constantly instructed to build useless, nonsensical systems.

There are no requirements or specifications. Someone simply makes a request—sometimes a one-off request—and says something needs to be developed. Once development is complete, it is abandoned for one reason or another, and the same cycle keeps repeating.

The mindset is outdated and unambitious, and the technology is stuck 20 years in the past. Web pages are built carelessly, and there is never any demand for new technology. Simply put, if you want to grow, you can only rely on yourself.
