The boss’s policies and rules change constantly. Overtime pay is only provided if you work at least two hours of overtime. They use salary deductions to regulate employees. The rules say that annual leave cannot be exchanged for money and must be fully taken, but the leave application and approval process depends on the boss’s mood. Each person takes turns serving as the duty employee every week, and the duty employee for that week cannot request leave.
The environment is bright.
The interviewer was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They did not introduce the company or explain the job responsibilities. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill out a questionnaire, but after I finished, they clearly did not seriously review my responses. They hurriedly asked a few questions and ended the interview without giving me an opportunity to ask any questions, then simply turned around and went back to their seat.
