Read the community guidelinesSimply call them and you can have an interview the next day or even the same day.
I had already brought my own résumé, yet I was still required to fill out the company's form, with nothing omitted on either side. Moreover, one item clearly violated the Labor Standards Act: I was required to sign a section stating that “if the company considers me unsuitable and dismisses me after the three-month probationary period, it cannot be deemed involuntary resignation.”
The person conducting the interview seemed to be the owner. They were unwilling to tell me anything about the job duties and even said, “Why do you need to know so much? If you want to know, you might as well be the chairman…” They seemed very impatient! All they told me was that lunch was provided and that I had to work Saturday mornings for a salary of only 30,000. Was I willing? That was it.
Free lunch provided.
It is recommended that you record the interview. **On your last day of employment, take a photo of the handwritten attendance sheet. It is also recommended that you record before leaving work. If you work overtime, it is best to have proof that you were still at the company or working overtime elsewhere during that time.**
During the interview, remember to ask the following:
Remember to ask whether you have to work every Saturday—not every other Saturday, but every Saturday.
Remember to ask whether overtime pay is provided for working on weekdays and Saturdays.
Remember to ask whether you have to clean the restroom and take out the trash ... and whether there are any animals. Who cleans up the animals’ poop?
Remember to ask whether you are responsible for carrying water containers to the water dispenser to replace them. The water containers there need to be replaced almost every day.
Do you have to finish cleaning the office for free before 8:00 a.m., before work starts (approximately 30–40 minutes)?
Remember to ask whether you have to bring a personal seal every month when receiving your salary, and then take a check to the bank to cash it.
Remember to ask whether the monthly meeting held at 7:00 p.m. is also unpaid overtime.
Remember to ask why you are not allowed to annotate the purpose on a photocopy of your ID.
Remember to ask whether someone likes eating sweet potatoes and has to eat them every day—and what happens afterward. Please think about it.
You have to work every Saturday.
The salary payment method is surprisingly not a bank transfer.
It is very annoying when someone frequently passes gas.
