Pros
The relationship with my supervisor and colleagues was very good, and there was also ample training. I left only because I was considering future opportunities for development. This is a good company.
Cons
There is limited room for development. The salary is NT$35,000 for employees at the general supervisor level and NT$50,000 at the manager level, but the performance pressure is high. The manager is very good.
