All supervisors: When issues are escalated, they only read the messages without replying, with no response at all—very strange corporate culture. Problematic employees cannot be replaced and can still hold management positions. The company offers few benefits, and there is no standard for distributing year-end performance bonuses. Strongly not recommended to join this company.
