1. Senior management is extremely well-informed. If you speak to one manager, all the managers will know shortly afterward. The company also encourages employees to report matters upward, so senior management knows everything about employees.
2. The group’s HR department is well-informed and may be under performance pressure. Different companies can also share information, and they like arranging interviews unrelated to your professional expertise.
