The interview location provided was on the top floor, but after I arrived, they said that was not the case. Someone then led me downstairs for the interview. The company’s interior was very spacious, resembling a scene after moving. The interview forms consisted of three pages in total, including personality assessment questions. After completing them, I entered a conference room, where the manager brought a woman to conduct the interview. After getting to know each other, they began to “review” my résumé, then said that I needed to tidy up my appearance, etc., and later said that they did not care? In the end, they even suggested that I return to work for my previous company.
The entire interview process was contradictory: at one moment they said my résumé was well written, and later said there were problems; they said they did not care about appearance, but mentioned my appearance issues three times? They suggested that I return to work for my previous company, yet also had the woman beside them give me materials??????
They had already decided not to hire me, yet I still had to take a typing speed test.
The company has growth opportunities and a vision. The boss is quite dedicated and hardworking, the manager is very nice, and you can learn a lot.
Still getting familiar with things.
The senior colleagues and the company are both quite supportive of newcomers. As long as you’re willing to speak up, there will definitely be opportunities to take on challenges. If you want to learn new things or don’t like a monotonous work environment, this company will be a great fit for you.
There are many new challenges.
The HR staff were extremely courteous.
The office appears to have been newly renovated.
After asking me for the specifications of the computer hardware to be purchased, they never followed up about the interview.
The HR staff is very polite and even pours water for you.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever interviewed with.
The supervisor had no idea what they were being so arrogant about. They spoke extremely harshly and were very rude. The salary listed on the job bank was 40–50K, but in reality they asked whether 25K would be acceptable. They told me that everyone was competing for this job, and that after learning here, I could earn 35K even if I left after working for only a month and a half.
When I asked about the actual job duties, they put a book on the desk and said, “Did you come here expecting me to teach you what to do? Why don’t you look through the book?”
I was truly speechless. I advise everyone not to step into this trap.
