Read the community guidelines【Pros】
1. Start/end of work: No need to clock in or out.
2. Cars/scooters: Easy to park, and parking is free.
3. Two-hour lunch break (12 p.m. to 2 p.m.).
4. Small company; everyone gets along well.
5. The company's interior and office environment are very good.
6. The air conditioning is kept very cold.
7. There is a kitchen and a restroom at the back of the office.
a. The kitchen provides a refrigerator/rice cooker/oven/microwave/electric kettle/freezer, etc.
b. There are two WCs, both equipped with bidets.
【Cons】
The position described when I applied had absolutely nothing to do with the actual work after I started.
1. There are surveillance cameras in the office.
2. The first person to arrive at the company has to turn on all the computer towers and monitors.
3. The office must be cleaned every morning (mopping + WCs).
4. Coworkers are not allowed to chat with one another during work.
5. The atmosphere at work is unpleasant and completely dead silent.
6. Lunch is your own responsibility, and there is not much to eat nearby. You have to ride a scooter to buy anything good to eat or drink; otherwise, you have to bring your own lunch.
7. The lunch break is two hours, which is very long.
Those who do not go out and stay indoors during the break~
Have to collect the trash from the wastebaskets under all coworkers' desks, bag it, and put it outside the company's main entrance.
8. Salaries are paid in cash, without being placed in envelopes.
There is also no salary bank transfer (tax evasion?!).
9. The boss's wife puts on airs, speaks in an extremely condescending tone, and I don't know what she is acting so arrogant about. She is very difficult to communicate with.
10. Employee turnover is very high.
The environment is good, and the air conditioning is strong.
But the atmosphere at work is very quiet and dull.
The boss is a very nice person, but is rarely at the company.
The boss's wife… is there all the time. Her expressions and tone of voice will put you under a lot of pressure.
I don't think this place is suitable for me~
You can decide for yourselves whether you want to come work here~
1. The company has 2 names:
Jinghong International Business Co., Ltd.
Liying International Business Co., Ltd.
2. The company is located in:
The 4th floor of the Kaohsiung Cianjhen Fisheries Building.
The exterior and interior of the building are both rather old,
but the office interior is very nice.
There are free car and scooter parking spaces on the 1st floor.
3. You need to bring your own résumé; there is no written test.
The owner conducts the interview personally. He chats with you while brewing tea,
and he will bring you a cup of tea.
(The purpose is to get you to take off your mask so he can see your face. I took off my mask, but I did not drink the tea.)
4. He asked me: “Do you know what the company does?” (I said I knew because I had Googled it myself.)
He briefly explained the job responsibilities, although my head was already feeling quite dizzy by the end of it.
Regarding the salary, he will ask how much you want.
The interview takes about 30 minutes in total.
(The owner is very good at talking and chatting~)
The owner is a very nice person and speaks very sincerely.
When talking with him, just answer honestly.
He talks a lot… so the interview takes a long time,
and you may feel a bit pressured by the end.
After the interview ends, you can simply walk out the company’s front door.
