An interview time had been arranged, but when I arrived, all the employees acted as if they knew nothing about it. Only after I called to ask did they say that the interviewer had something to attend to and asked me to wait 20 minutes. I actually waited 30 minutes. When the interviewer entered, instead of apologizing for being late, they simply waved their hand for me to follow them. I was left with a very poor impression.
After looking at my résumé and portfolio, they actually tossed them aside somewhat (though perhaps that was just their habit?). I was told that I had been accepted that day, but afterward I remembered to email and ask about the compensation for the habitual overtime. It turned out to be included in the monthly salary, and this had not been explained to me during the interview. They clearly just wanted to exploit young workers' energy, haha.
I later declined the offer, but this was a very poor interview experience. (I was not given the respect I deserved, the overtime compensation arrangements were extremely vague, and the supervisor was very [unclear/indiscriminate].)
