This lousy company at Dream Mall HAPPY100 requires employees to do a lot of work. To save on personnel costs, they make us do tasks outside our own duties. If we make a minor mistake, the supervisor scolds us with vulgar language. It is emotionally hurtful; we are trying to earn a living, yet still have to be berated like this.

The company is irresponsible. Before the interview, they said there would be a salary increase, but even after working for at least two years, there was no raise. Deceptive!

The HR department handles things terribly! We are always left to clean up their messes, and the handover was not done properly either, leaving us in complete confusion.

There are only cons

Although I left a long time ago, I’m still very unhappy when I say this: the system is truly terrible. Don’t come here. Even if something isn’t your job, your supervisor will still ask you to do it. You’re expected to handle many different tasks, but the pay never changes. In any case, all those tasks are just miscellaneous errands…

There are many dark sides to this place, and there are no advantages. I can only warn those who are thinking of joining: whatever you do, don’t come here!! You’ll really end up wasting a lot of time here!!!
