Not much structure or benefits,
the PM does whatever comes to mind, and overall it’s not really suitable for experienced people. It’s a place for recent graduates to gain experience
or perhaps a place for agency placements.
The boss prides himself on the company’s strong systems analysis capabilities,
but execution and efficiency are extremely poor when it comes to end-to-end development. Overall, the company only has four core employees; everyone else is just passing through.
