Lin is petty and narrow-minded, saying one thing and doing another, spouting nonsense and talking about benevolence, justice, and morality while saying useless rubbish. He watches the stock market every day. Even after laying off employees, he still withholds their wages and severance pay. Is there any point in withholding them? The company's workplace safety is also inadequate. Employees are required to operate forklifts dangerously without forklift licenses. Some long-serving employees come to work just to sleep, relying on having worked a few more years and thinking they are very senior. New employees are made to work until they are exhausted.
