There are problems with the company’s operations, but it always avoids them. Whether you message or call the boss, they never read or answer, making them very difficult to reach
However, whenever there is anything, big or small, that affects the company’s operations, they immediately show up. All I can say is that with a company structure like this, it is no wonder it cannot last
