1. During the interview, the supervisor appeared very sincere, but after I joined, they immediately stopped pretending. Even when I took sick leave, they would not check on their subordinates the next day. When I resigned, they even said that I had no impact on the department. If I had no impact, why hire someone? It was a waste of time.
2. The team leader responsible for training others was very difficult to get along with. They only taught something once and then left you on your own. Sometimes, they would write instructions on a piece of paper without explaining anything. When you asked questions, they would give you a displeased look and then say nothing. They once told me to go out and deliver a mold for someone to modify without telling me the location. Then they complained about why it took so long to fill out the field-work form. When I asked for the location, they did not respond, and in the end, the security guard had to ask.
3. Injuring your lower back at work is an everyday occurrence because the castings and molds are very heavy.
Suggestion: Young people should not come here and waste their time. Even if you do decide to come, do not join the X發 Department—let this department continue to be understaffed.
