Pros

The boss is skilled at verbal expression and will paint employees a rosy picture, giving them dreams.

Cons

1. The boss expects employees in the food industry not only to be versatile but also to have additional skills, such as installing plumbing and electrical systems.

2. The company cannot provide employees with protection. Even if an employee is unfortunately injured at work, the boss considers it the employee’s own problem.

3. To save on personnel costs, the boss deliberately and strategically delays hiring the additional staff needed.

4. To save on personnel costs, the company underreports employees’ wages for labor insurance, yet insists that it does not do so, thereby affecting workers’ rights and interests.

5. To save costs, the company continually requires employees to do things that violate regulations, thereby affecting consumers’ rights and interests.

Pros

The colleagues are nice and help each other rather than holding one another back.

Cons

1. The boss requires employees to do tasks outside their responsibilities, while claiming externally that the employees volunteered rather than were required to do them.

Of course, no additional pay is provided for the extra work.

2. The transportation department has been given a large number of stated reasons for deductions (e.g., deducting 500 for eating breakfast during work hours, 2,000 for receiving a customer complaint, 500 for failing to deliver goods, 500 for not washing the vehicle once a month, 500 for not disposing of garbage properly, and dismissal for not heading back to the company within 10 minutes after delivering all the goods, among many others).

If employees do not agree to sign the items above, they have to sign a voluntary resignation form; they are completely coerced into doing so.

3. Other departments will also follow the deduction rules above.

4. Most of the company's customers do not specify a delivery time, so whenever a customer orders goods, drivers have to go out, even when the order is very small.

5. Drivers' salaries are calculated proportionally based on sales amounts. If they help the company pick up goods from an external warehouse, they receive no additional pay.

6. One of the company's salespeople is the boss's younger brother. He uses his personal connections to stir up trouble, creating conflict between the boss and employees.

7. Work starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m., with a one-and-a-half-hour lunch break. However, employees still have to answer phone calls during lunch, so it is not a complete break.

8. The starting salary is very low, with no room for raises.

9. Even after completing a full year, employees cannot receive a full month's year-end bonus, and there are no holiday bonuses.

10. Office assistants are asked to go outside to help pack goods and do odd jobs, but this is not mentioned at all during the interview.

Of course, if the office is too busy to manage, no one will help.

11. Only office assistants and accountants are eligible for overtime pay. One hour of overtime is counted only when clocking out at 6:50; if the time card is punched at 6:49, no overtime pay is provided.

It is very important, so it is said three times.
