Pros

There are two types of coworkers: ordinary people are generally very nice, but please be cautious around the boss’s relatives and other well-connected people.

How can you tell them apart?! It’s simple—look at their abilities......

In the workplace, you will often hear the boss ㄒ shouting and raging. This is suitable for highly capable people who are not affected by emotional language.

Cons

“Affiliated company” Shuangquan International Co., Ltd.

Shuangquan’s sales operations are in physical channels; all e-commerce channels belong to Nile International....

All the job postings on 104 are for “Shuangquan” e-commerce positions, but only on the first day of work are you told that it is actually “Nile”—they are all cesspools...

The boss ㄒ likes to paint grand visions and blow bubbles. At the end of every month, trying to fill the holes often turns the entire office into a chaotic mess.

If the boss is unhappy, all the sales staff are called into the office and subjected to a barrage of shouting and abuse; once that happens, no one can get any work done.

The boss ㄒ likes to set targets verbally, completely ignoring the data and the market.

Nile’s sales-partner system... the strangest of the strange!!!

The team leader of each group has to bear half of the salary + bonuses of the sales staff in the group. If the team leader fails to meet their targets, they start complaining about the company, complaining about ㄒXX, complaining about XㄎX, complaining about the system—an endless supply of negative energy, along with all kinds of attempts to drive people away...

This way, the sales team leader doesn’t have to pay that person’s half of the salary + bonuses (protecting themselves; the team leader always “says” they are going to resign).

After you can’t take it anymore and submit your resignation, you also need to be mentally prepared for the boss’s angry outburst and belittling remarks about how you are in the wrong...

There are also all kinds of sowing discord, claims that various XX teams are finished, claims that the company is going under—in short, all kinds of shouting and threats.

If you don’t mind hearing profanity, being emotionally bombarded, being shouted at and verbally abused, and being mentally worn down, welcome to Shuangquan or Nile. I have already resigned, and sincerely recommend thinking twice before joining.

Wishing everyone a lifetime of peace. Always believe that courage is magic.

(The above is all something I dreamed about, just sharing.)
