I went for an interview a while ago, and I had a good impression of the company. The copywriting was also very appealing, and the office seemed quite large, but there appeared to be fewer than 10 employees. If it’s a three-year-old company with excellent benefits, is that normal? Also, while I was waiting for the interview, I noticed a camera on a cabinet. May I ask what it was used for? The direction it was pointed in seemed a little unusual—was it monitoring employees, or was it to prevent theft? Thank you!
This is a very young startup. The CTO was an impressive person during the interview process, and if you have the opportunity to join, you can learn a lot. The CTO is also a judge at hackathons. There is also a beautiful CEO who has her own ideas and clearly articulates the company's vision. The business manager was quite witty. The entire interview process was enjoyable, and the team members all looked very young. I think this is a company with good potential for development. Sharing this for everyone's reference.
As a startup, the company naturally does not have abundant resources, but the overall atmosphere is good.
